Can I make changes to my order after I have checked out?Updated 2 years ago

Once you have checked out, your card is charged and your order is on its way to being packed. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been submitted. Additionally, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We work as quickly as possible to get your order to you in a timely fashion and appreciate your understanding. 

At this time, we are unable to accommodate a specific delivery week at checkout. Your order will be shipped as timely as possible once your order has been placed.

If you are on vacation or not available for delivery at the time you're considering ordering, we recommend waiting until you are available to receive a delivery or have someone available to retrieve and safely store your order once delivered.

Any changes made through your account page are effective on your next billing date and will not apply to a currently processing order.
