My order has shipped, can I please change the delivery address?

Once orders have processed or shipped we are unable to alter the delivery address.

Processed and/or shipped orders are unable to be altered, including the delivery address. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address on file at the time the order was processed.

You may update your shipping address directly in your account page
