What is SmoothieBox's cancellation policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your billing date.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time up to the day before the next recurring order is scheduled to invoice by clicking cancel subscription in the subscription tab via the customer account page or by contacting support at least one day before the next recurring order is scheduled to invoice.


Cancelling a subscription on the date of order or invoice or requesting cancellation of a subscription on the date of order or invoice will cancel all future recurring invoices. This will not cancel any order already in progress. Once an order has invoiced, it's processed and sent to fulfillment and once orders have been packed and sent to shipping they can not be stopped. We schedule multiple carrier pickups each day to ensure a quick delivery, thus orders can not be canceled once they have processed.
