I was just charged, can you please cancel my order?

Once your order has been billed, we are unable to cancel processed orders.

SmoothieBox sends a reminder notification 3 days prior to your billing date. Once an order has been billed, we are unable to alter or cancel your order.

Any order identified as “Paid” or “Success” on your account page has been processed and cannot be canceled. You will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred with respect to any order processed prior to the cancellation of your monthly subscription.
