What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your billing date. You will be responsible for all charges incurred with respect to any order processed prior to the cancellation of your monthly subscription.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page or by contacting support@smoothiebox.com. Any order identified as “ORDER PROCESSED” or “SHIPPED” on your account page has been processed and cannot be canceled. You will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred with respect to any order processed prior to the cancellation of your monthly subscription.
